Shawn Hendricks Sr has been in the mortgage industry for over 10 years learning every aspect of what goes into the transaction of buying a home. David and Shawn became great friends coaching our sons thru little league baseball. Once we realized building a team would never be an issue for the two, they decide to level up their goals. Together we decided building a team to help others achieve their homeowners’ dreams would be the greatest achievement. So, we began our journey from working with multiple other banks and noticing how many realtors can hurt the deal. Shawns primary goal has always been to coach everyone the same, from the newest player to the most seasoned. He loves knowing that our agents all know how to get our clients into their dream homes, while making it fun and keeping them educated throughout the whole transaction.
